AiSDR 2025 Year in Review
2025 has been a wild year. Market news, product development, and everything in between.
Our goal for the year was simple: Make AiSDR not just powerful, but practical and integral. Something teams can rely on every day to run outreach and GTM plays.
We built faster than ever, but we also built with precision. Removing complexity, shortening time to value, and giving teams clearer context and better data. And thanks to the constant input from our customers and partners, 2025 became the year we shipped some of our most ambitious ideas.
Let’s take a look back at what we built, and what’s coming next.
2025 – the year of product breakthroughs
Like Santa’s elves, we’ve been busy all year. Aside from products, we:
- Almost tripled our ARR
- Reduced churn by 25%
- Increased our ACV by almost 50%
- Passed 200 customers
Here’s a rundown of what we accomplished on the product side.
HubSpot account scoring
We recently launched AI-powered account scoring to help teams focus on the companies most likely to convert.
AiSDR evaluates any HubSpot company list against up to four criteria, and groups them by match percentage, giving you a clear, prioritized view of which accounts to spend your time.
You can then search for leads inside the high-fit segment or save results back to HubSpot so your CRM stays a source of clarity.
Live AI lead search
We launched a completely new way to find leads without filters, guesswork, or friction – Live AI search.
Unlike static databases, AiSDR builds a fresh lead list from scratch each time, using only up-to-date data that matches your criteria at the moment of your search.
It’s the simplest and most accurate lead search on the market, and one of the most-used features we’ve launched.
AI Strategist
If writers get writer’s block, sales teams definitely get sales’ block.
That’s why we built AI Strategist – an AI agent that reads your website and brainstorms 5 ready-to-launch GTM plays complete with audience and messaging. You just need to click ‘Launch’.
Sequence Builder
This year, sales teams gained the ability to design fully custom outreach sequences with precise timing and channel control with Sequence Builder.
Just like you can order a Burger King burger your way, you can finally sequence outreach your way, without duct-taping tools together.
This brings clarity, flexibility, and control to how teams orchestrate GTM motions.
Huge integrations
We released two major integrations this year, one of which was our biggest development goals for 2025:
- Salesforce
- Aircall
With these integrations, you can run GTM plays end-to-end without friction, saving time and unlocking more predictable pipeline.
Teams that integrate their CRM often see 8–14% positive responses rates and 25% more pipeline, which is why we’re investing heavily into our CRM integrations.
More LinkedIn capabilities
LinkedIn is still a core channel for any B2B sales team, so we went big on automating new LinkedIn capabilities. We added:
- Voice notes
- Video DMs
- Personalized notes in connection requests
- Lead discovery from a single Sales Navigator link
- Lead discovery using keyword searches
- Comment sentiment analysis for smarter re-engagement
- Outreach triggered by social signals (company page follows, profile visits)
With all of this, you can use AiSDR to turn LinkedIn into your revenue engine.
Redesigned dashboard
Different teams need different insights, so we redesigned the dashboard to be fully customizable. You decide which metrics stay in view, which ones move up, and which ones disappear.
With real-time updates and period-over-period comparisons, it’s easier to understand what’s improving and what needs attention.
There’s also new dashboard alerts that flag bottlenecks, lead shortages, and engagement drops before they slow down your pipeline.
Looking ahead to 2026
2025 was our biggest build year. 2026 will be our refinement year. We’ll focus on making AiSDR feel even faster, smoother, and more intuitive.

- Deeper HubSpot & Salesforce integrations – We want these systems to feel fully connected to your GTM stack
- Shorter time to value – We’re investing heavily in faster and smoother onboarding, workflows, and automations based on your GTM
Final thought
2025 pushed us. It made us build better, think bigger, and raise our standards.
But the real story of this year isn’t the features. It’s the teams using AiSDR to run more intentional, high-impact outreach. Rather than cold spray-and-pray where you send 1,000 emails and hope for a miracle, you send 100 cold emails and get 1-3 qualified opportunities.
