How long will it take to set up AiSDR?
If your domain is ready to go, it will take less than a day to get started on AiSDR from the moment your payment is confirmed. If your domain isn’t ready, it will take around 3-4 weeks. This is because a new email domain needs about 3-4 weeks to get warmed up.
Can I send more than 1,000 emails per month?
Absolutely! If you send more than 1,000 in a month, you’ll pay proportionally for overage ($7.50 for every 10 additional emails).
Don’t worry though – To prevent you from accidentally going over the 1,000 limit, we do implement a cap and we’ll notify you when you’re close to reaching the cap.
Alternatively, you can pre-purchase a higher volume of emails in advance and get a discount and the best SDR software price for you.
Can I have a free trial?
At the moment, we aren’t able to offer a free trial. In the meantime, we try to make our pricing as flexible and accommodating as possible. If you’re not seeing results, you can terminate your subscription at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can terminate the subscription at your convenience for any reason. This gives you ultimate flexibility for finding the best sales software for you.
Do I need an account with Apollo/RocketReach to generate new leads for my campaign?
Nope, we have you covered. You don’t need a separate account, and you also don’t pay extra for lead generation as it is already included in your subscription. So you can easily pull as many leads as you’d need to fuel your campaigns.
When do I get billed?
You’re billed every 30 days starting from the day you pay.
How can I make sure I don’t go over my monthly email limit?
You’ll be able to monitor how many messages you send out via your Campaign Dashboard. We’ll also monitor the number sent and send you a notification once you’re close to reaching your monthly limit. At that time, you can choose to either pause your campaigns once you hit your limit, or you can choose to pay for any overage so that you don’t lose traction.
Can you automate LinkedIn InMail messages the same way as emails?
We’d love to, but not yet. The reason is simple, LinkedIn explicitly does not allow it in their policies. While there are tools that provide bulk AI-generated InMails, this activity is viewed by LinkedIn as illegal.
The only possible way is to have the AI generate a message, but a user would still have to review and send each one, which compromises our model of an independent AI assistant.
Yet we are tenacious, so we’re working on making it both possible and legal for you to add LinkedIn to the channel mix.
What if I don’t have a domain for outreach?
No worries, we’ll get it and set it up for you!
Also, we’re warming all your connected inboxes in the background, fresh or seasoned, so you won’t ever have to worry about email deliverability.
Does AiSDR integrate with other applications and CRM?
Yes, currently AiSDR supports integrations with Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Calendly, and Zerobounce. We are also working on an integration with Salesforce CRM, and we expect it to go live on our sales engagement platform in 2024.
Do I need to create prompts and train the AI by myself?
Not at all. Our Outreach Success team will work with you from day one and use the AI to build your sales personas that contain all the information that our AI SDR needs to know who it’s speaking with, how it should be talking, and what it should be talking about.
All you need is to fill a short questionnaire and we’ll pick it up from there. No coding or prompt engineering needed 🙂
How can I test the functionality of the product?
There are a couple of different options. First, you can book a demo, during which our salesperson will set up a test campaign and you can see what it’s like to converse with our AI SDR. Alternatively, once you’ve signed up with AiSDR, you can create a test campaign using the persona we crafted for you and correspond with your AI SDR.
