Responsible Disclosure Policy
AiSDR (AiSDR Inc.) values the security of our systems, our users, and their data. We encourage responsible security research and welcome ethical disclosures of vulnerabilities to help us continually improve our security posture. If you discover a security issue in our applications or infrastructure, we ask you to responsibly disclose this information to us following the guidelines provided here.
To report a vulnerability or security concern, please email us at [email protected]. Include detailed information about the issue, steps to reproduce it, potential impact, and any relevant supporting evidence or materials.
We will acknowledge your submission within 24 hours and keep you updated on the progress of the investigation.
When conducting your research, we request that you act responsibly, avoiding actions that might negatively impact AiSDR, our users, or our infrastructure. Specifically, do not exploit vulnerabilities beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue, and do not compromise user data, degrade system performance, or interrupt services.
AiSDR is committed to addressing vulnerabilities promptly and transparently. Upon receiving your report, our security team will prioritize the investigation and resolution of the identified issue. We will communicate openly with you throughout the process and inform you once the issue has been remediated.
We appreciate the efforts and contributions of the security community. While AiSDR does not currently offer monetary compensation or bug bounty rewards, we are committed to acknowledging your responsible disclosures in appropriate communications unless you prefer otherwise.
Thank you for helping us ensure AiSDR maintains robust security for all our users and stakeholders.
