AiSDR Product Update: April 2024
We launched one of our most in-demand integrations in April – Microsoft Outlook. See what else we did this month
April was a massive milestone month for AiSDR.
One of our two most in-demand integrations has arrived ready for action – Microsoft Outlook. (Spoiler alert! We’ve got the other one on the way next month, so stay tuned to see what it is 😉).
The updates don’t stop there though. Here’s a closer look at what else we’ve accomplished in April 2024.
Microsoft Outlook Integration
Previously, AiSDR users had only the option of using Gmail for running their outreach. But now users can connect and run campaigns from their Gmail accounts and Outlook accounts directly from AiSDR.
Once you’ve signed in to AiSDR via Outlook, you can:
- 🚀Launch campaigns
- 📧Send and receive emails
- 🔔Forward system notifications to your Outlook
- 🔥Warm up your accounts
All you need is an active AiSDR subscription to get started.
HubSpot Data Enrichment
Do your leads have gaps in their data?
AiSDR’s made it easier for you to find and enter missing data to enrich your lead lists.
Once you’ve connected your HubSpot and synced your leads with AiSDR, our Lead Discovery engine will help you fill in any missing data points. This lets you take advantage of other core AiSDR features like LinkedIn personalization and intent-based outreach.
Our Website Received a Makeover! 🔥
Spring’s the perfect time for a bit of housecleaning and a fresh look.
As we build out new sections of our website, feel free to browse our main page. In addition to the cleaner appearance, we’ve updated its graphics and revamped formatting.
You might even encounter our mascot Enigma 😉
Inviting Team Members
Adding your team members to your company’s AiSDR account just got a whole lot simpler.
All you have to do is click on your email avatar in the top left, select “Invite Team Member”, and fill out the resulting window. You can even assign them the access rights of a standard user or a campaign admin. (Soon, you’ll even be able to transfer campaign ownership to them or your other connected email accounts).
After you hit “Invite”, they’ll receive an email asking them to sign in.
What’s more, there’s no limit to how many teammates you can add.
Suppression Lists
If you’ve been in sales for some time, chances are you already have a list of people who have unsubscribed or asked you to stop sending them emails.
To help you avoid incidentally reaching out to the wrong people, AiSDR now allows you to upload your suppression list so that you can automatically exclude email addresses from future outreach.
Hemingway Corner
There are a lot of bad cold emails circulating across the internet.
Most of them break the typical best practice of cold email – they’re not short, concise, to the point, or meaningfully personalized.
In the spirit of Ernest Hemingway (one of America’s greatest writers, and arguably the best writer in terms of word economy), we’ve launched a series of blogs that break down the good, the bad, and the spammy of real cold emails we receive.
You can check out the first two posts in the series below:
Moving forward, we’ll publish a new edition of Hemingway Corner every 2-3 weeks.
If you have a cold email you’d like us to break down, send it to us at marketing@aisdr.com.
Take AiSDR for a Spin
Even though our new Microsoft Outlook integration is the star of the show for April, our other updates continue to build out AiSDR’s ability to successfully automate your outreach.
From discovering new leads and automating mailbox warm-up to managing emails and follow-ups, you can assign the tedious work to AiSDR so that you can do what you do best.
