How AiSDR uses data
Delivering the service. AiSDR processes customer CRM data and prospect data on the customer’s behalf to research prospects, write and send outreach over email and LinkedIn, handle replies, and book meetings.
Improving the product. AiSDR uses campaign configuration and performance data (targeting filters, signals, offers, and campaign outcomes) to improve and train AiSDR’s own AI. That knowledge stays inside the AiSDR product: it is not passed to the underlying LLM providers, and AiSDR does not share it outside AiSDR. This is part of why the product gets better for every customer, and it is covered in AiSDR’s customer agreement. Customers who need specific controls for their account can discuss them with [email protected].
Third-party AI models. AiSDR uses third-party large language model providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to deliver the service. They are listed as subprocessors on the Trust Center and process data on AiSDR’s behalf. AiSDR does not pass its campaign knowledge to them.
Site and app users. For visitors to aisdr.com and users of app.aisdr.com, AiSDR’s privacy policy (effective June 13, 2025) describes what is collected and why. The privacy policy states that AiSDR does not sell personal information.
Subprocessors
AiSDR uses subprocessors for cloud hosting, AI functionality, data enrichment and validation, messaging, and payments. Customers authorize them under the DPA, and the current list is available through the Trust Center at trust.aisdr.com/subprocessors. Before a new subprocessor is added, customers are notified through the Trust Center and can object under the DPA.
Data location and transfers
- Hosting: Amazon Web Services, in data centers in the eastern United States.
- EU and UK data: transferred to the US under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, with the DPA available for customer contracts.
- Enterprise requirements: contact [email protected] about residency or other custom arrangements.
Incident response and continuity
AiSDR maintains business continuity and disaster recovery plans, tested at least annually, along with formal system monitoring procedures. Breach notification terms are set out in the DPA. Live service status is at status.aisdr.com.
Report a security concern: [email protected], or follow the responsible disclosure policy.
Prospect data and privacy requests
AiSDR sends B2B outreach on its customers’ behalf. Anyone who receives outreach can ask for their data to be accessed or deleted, or opt out, by contacting [email protected]. Opted-out contacts are added to suppression so they are not contacted again.
