3 Questions Most AI SDR Solutions Fail to Answer Well
Discover which 3 questions AI SDRs struggle to address (and see how we answer)
The more sales demos I run, the more I see that people are becoming increasingly knowledgeable about the AI SDR space. By the time I speak with them, they might have already gone through demos or trials of 3-4 other AI SDRs.
How do I know?
They tell me. And then they ask very specific questions that touch on flaws or weaknesses they see in other AI SDR solutions.
My job then becomes answering the hard questions and explaining how AiSDR is different.
These are the three questions many prospects ask me, and that most other AI SDRs don’t answer.
How does your personalization work?
Prospects tell me, “We don’t want an irrelevant first sentence and all emails looking the same.”
I get it though. AI SDR vendors don’t want to reveal their hand and risk losing a potential deal.
But it’s not my philosophy. I’d rather be upfront and frank, even if it means telling a client that we’re not a good fit or admitting that we haven’t seen reliable results for their industry.
So when prospects ask me this, the first thing I do is show them how personalization works.
I go to AiSDR’s Campaign Builder, and then generate ~3 different emails for the same lead using some of the industry’s top email frameworks, like the Justin Michael Method. I also show them how AiSDR looks for intent signals and what data gets pulled from LinkedIn (3 most recent relevant posts, bio, etc.).
Here’s a real example of an email I generated for a client demo (using the Justin Michael Method):

Hey Kaela, Your post about IT Nation Sydney’s wrap-up was inspiring. Speaking of events, many companies struggle with scaling personalized outreach for their post-event follow-ups, often seeing email open rates below 25%. We’ve helped others triple their engagement with AI-driven hyper-personalization. Curious to explore this? Thanks, Yuriy
How do you handle deliverability?
Prospects say, “We want to make sure we are landing in prospect inboxes.”
In response, I explain that we set up:
- Buy and set up domains for you
- Set up mailboxes for you
- Warm up mailboxes for you
- Never send more than 30 emails per day per mailbox and 100 per day per domain
- Monitor deliverability weekly
- Rotate mailboxes as needed
I then highlight that all of this is included in our basic subscription, and that our customer success team does all of this for them.
How do you experiment with messaging?
Prospects let me know, “We want to be able to improve and iterate fast if we see things aren’t working.”
Every user has access to AiSDR’s library of email frameworks, which they can use to get started, especially if they don’t have outbound motions up and running yet. Users can also have AiSDR mimic their own frameworks and best practices.
On top of that, users can:
- Try out different sales personas on the same target audience
- Run A/B tests to experiment with messaging and approaches
- Build a feedback loop so that the quality of AI emails improve
And most importantly, they won’t be doing this alone. With AiSDR, there’s no need for DIY prompt engineering. That’s because they’ll have a dedicated account manager to help them figure out what works, what doesn’t, and plan what comes next.
