Leaves are falling, and so are the barriers to better sales outreach this November š Just in time for Thanksgiving, weāre serving up something special in this monthās update (and itās not a turkey! š¦).

Simplified lead discovery with AI Search

Finding new leads canāt get much faster and easier than this š„
With AI Search, all you have to do is:
- Say who youāre looking for
- Share your landing page
Using this information, AiSDR will fill out the remaining filters in AI Prospecting.
For best results, you should:
- Be specific about your target audience
- Good example: CRM users
- Bad example: Sales directors and marketing leaders at enterprise software companies with $10Mā$500M in annual revenue
- Share a landing page from your website that was built for a specific industry from your website (if you have one) instead of your home page
Preview email follow-ups
You can now see previews of what your email follow-ups will look like. Youāll find them below the preview of the initial email that gets generated at the bottom of the Campaign Builder.
If you want to change their logic or consent, you can:
- Select a different email framework while editing your sales persona
- Add or change specific follow-up rules within the sales persona
HubSpot automation settings
In October, we made several changes to how AiSDRās native HubSpot integration works. But thatās not stopping us from pursuing perfection š
This month, we continued making improvements so that itās even easier for you to sync and manage your HubSpot data with AiSDR.
While creating a new campaign via the Campaign Builder, you can:
- Sync new contacts from HubSpot to AiSDR
- Enrich contact data after adding contacts from HubSpot
- Sync events from AiSDR to HubSpot
- Add new contacts from AiSDR to HubSpot
We also improved the quality of syncing meeting info from HubSpot to AiSDR.
Subscription management
Managing your AiSDR subscription just got even easier. Hereās how:
- Expecting a slow month? You can pause your subscription and restart it once youāre ready to resume your campaigns.
- Want to see how many emails you have left to send? You can view your remaining email credits from your account page.
- Need more (or less) emails? You can change your subscription to increase or decrease the number of emails you can send each month.
Usability improvements
Here are some other improvements weāve added to make your AiSDR experience smoother and more enjoyable:
- Minor fixes to UI strings to make them clearer or get rid of mistakes and typos.
- Addition of signature field to the persona questionnaire.
- Minor improvements to improve the performance of persona questionnaires, lead prospecting, and email classification.
- Design improvements to the AI search UI.
- New fields were added to the persona questionnaire: event landing page, event outreach persona, company name, and founder name.
