Updated Persona Builder, LinkedIn outreach, enhanced HubSpot integration
Halloween’s almost here, and like any good witch or sorcerer, we’ve brewed up some exciting updates in our product cauldron this month 🎃 From updates that make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable to a new highly-demanded core feature, you’ll be able to sprinkle a touch of outreach magic to your daily sales ✨
Here’s a look at what we did in October 🔥
Brand-new persona builder
Out with the 7-step questionnaire and in with a 3-step persona builder.
It’s getting close to a year since we launched our 7-question form allowed us to start automating persona creation, which means it was the perfect time to revamp the overall design.
Not only does it look and work smoother, but users start building their personas from the email framework or messaging style they want to use. These styles are sourced from core marketing and sales frameworks, as well as frameworks from sales leaders.

After selecting the framework or style you want, you’ll add other details such as the target audience, your company’s website, and any social proof. Then you just need to wait a few minutes for the persona to generate.
LinkedIn outreach
LinkedIn outreach is now available, giving AiSDR users yet another touchpoint with leads!
Our new LinkedIn integration allows users to:
- Send connection requests to LinkedIn users
- Send LinkedIn messages to new connections
- Add LinkedIn messages to sequences
- View LinkedIn messages from campaign dashboards
- Build LinkedIn outreach into your automated campaign cadences

Enhancements to AiSDR–HubSpot integration
HubSpot is a core element of any sale team’s tech stack, which is why we continue to make adjustments and look for ways to improve our native HubSpot integration.
Here are some of our latest improvements:
- Emails and other outgoing events sent by AiSDR will now automatically sync to your HubSpot activity history.
- When editing a campaign, users can create new contacts in HubSpot by simply clicking a checkbox.
- Users can pull previous activity from HubSpot and see all contact activity in AiSDR.
Usability improvements
Here are some of the different usability improvements we released this month:
- When AiSDR sends an outgoing message, it will automatically enrich the lead’s data by identifying LinkedIn profiles, company website, and job title before saving it to your personal lead database.
- When searching for leads, you can now exclude certain job titles and industries.
- We added the ability to look up lead phone numbers for automating text messages.
- Users who use LinkedIn outreach will now be able to see the latest LinkedIn replies directly from their campaign dashboard.
- Emails now automatically sync and can be viewed in a user’s HubSpot account.
- When using AiSDR’s co-pilot function, users can add email addresses they want to CC their responses to.
