AiSDR Product Update: September 2024

Summer’s over and autumn’s in full swing 🍃, but the cooling temperatures haven’t got us down. If anything, we’re continuing to surge ahead and deliver on the new features we’ve set for our monthly goals.
Here’s a look at what we did in September to start autumn 🔥
AI co-pilot
AiSDR users now have two options for running sales campaigns and speaking with customers.
Here’s a quick recap of each one:
- AI auto-pilot – AiSDR creates and sends personalized first-touch emails. Every time a lead responds, AiSDR sends a reply independently and autonomously within 10 minutes. This leaves all the messaging in AI’s (digital) hands and frees you from constantly watching your inbox.
- AI co-pilot – AiSDR creates and sends personalized first-touch emails. However, every time a lead responds, you’ll need to step in and answer. All you need to do is visit a campaign’s dashboard, open up the lead’s activity history, write a response, and click send without leaving AiSDR. AiSDR will handle everything else by sending the message on your behalf from the corresponding email account.
This gives you full flexibility and the chance to set how much control you want to have. You can use the auto-pilot if you want to “set it and forget it” or the co-pilot if you need a more activist approach.
Lookalike audience search
AiSDR now provides users the ability to search for lookalike audiences that resemble their current customers.
AiSDR pulls information and data from these sources to build a good lookalike audience lead list for you:
- Your buyer persona
- Your ideal customer profile
- Your current customers’ websites
- Intent signals (hiring intent, web search queries, recent news and announcements, tech stacks)
- Lead databases
Once you’ve received your lookalike leads, you can simply add them to an outreach campaign and have AiSDR start sending emails to each prospect.
ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is one of the market’s leading go-to solutions for collecting sales data and prospect info. For many, ZoomInfo is their first choice for data to build up their sales outreach, which is precisely why we made sure to add ZoomInfo to the list of tools AiSDR users can access.
Now users have three B2B sales databases from which they can access and pull leads into AiSDR:
- ZoomInfo
- Apollo
- RocketReach
Access to all three lead databases is included in our standard subscription.
Usability improvements
Here are some of the different usability improvements we released this month:
- You can now change the owner of a campaign. This means if you’re using AiSDR with team members, you can create campaigns on their behalf without needing them to sign you in.
- From the campaign dashboard, you could previously only search for leads using their email. Now you can search leads by first name, last name, company, and email.
- When uploading a CSV file of leads, leads with missing data in required fields are moved to the top of the list to make it easier and more convenient for you to find them and add missing data.
- When entering companies and job titles using AiSDR’s ZoomInfo integration, auto-complete will suggest matches so that you don’t need to write out the full name.
- AI meme images were resized so that they’ll take up less storage space.
- You can create suppression lists based on your HubSpot lists.
- There’s now a warning notification that appears if you enter an invalid HubSpot or Calendly calendar link.
