AiSDR Product Spotlight #13: Manage Multiple Accounts and Send More Emails

Find out how AiSDR lets you manage your team’s email accounts to send more messages
A question I get asked very often during the sales calls is “Does AiSDR charge per seat?”
The answer is always ‘no’.
We don’t, so every client can get unlimited user seats and create as many accounts as you need.
Which usually triggers a stream of more questions like:
- “So if I have several sales reps who I want to use AiSDR, will they have separate accounts?”
- “How can I manage their performance?”
- “Can I send campaigns from multiple sales reps?”
- “How do we make sure that if I create several accounts for sales reps, we don’t end up sending several duplicating messages to the same prospect?”
And even though most of the above has been possible for a while inside our platform, the options to make it happen were, I admit, a bit scattered around our system.
But not anymore.
So to answer all of these questions in one shot and give you even more freedom to run your campaigns the way you’re used to (or envision in the ideal scenario), here’s our next big update.
Introducing enhanced management of user accounts
Before, whenever you wanted to create a new AiSDR account, you needed to reach out to your GTM Engineer and ask them to do it for you.
Then each new user needed to log in and connect the mailboxes for outreach and their LinkedIn account.
Not too terrible, but not great either.
On top of that, each campaign was assigned to one sales rep, and though you could add unlimited inboxes to increase your volume, the “from name” would still be just one.
Now we’ve solved this with the new “Teams” section in the sidebar, and the option to pick multiple user accounts to send outreach messages.
Navigating the Team dashboard
In this section, you will see all user accounts created under your company’s umbrella.
And whenever you’d like to create a new account for your team member, that’s your go-to place:
- Just click “Add team member”.
- Enter the user’s name and email address
- Pick the role: should they be able to only manage their own campaigns, or act as an admin with access to set up, edit, and manage campaigns for other team members
Boom, the invite is out, new user in.
Once they accept it, you’ll see a new user on the list, and be able to access the team member profile.
You can edit your own profile there, and if you’re an admin, also edit other users’ profiles:
- Change the name
- Add a unique signature
- Connect any number of mailboxes (or have our team create them for you)
- Activate mailbox warm-up to keep deliverability high
- Connect a LinkedIn profile
- See which campaigns each team member is part of
Just a heads up though, you’ll need an email and password to sync AiSDR with LinkedIn, so if you’re doing it on behalf of someone else, you’ll either have to get their credentials (security breach alert 😅) or better yet, ask them to do it on their own.
Building a custom team for a campaign
When creating a new campaign, instead of selecting mailboxes you’d like to use for outreach, you can now pick team members you’d like the messages to be sent from.
You’ll see a list with everyone from your company in the ‘Available team members’ section, and adding them to the new campaign is as easy as checking the box.
For each user, you’ll see the mailboxes connected to their account. By default, all mailboxes will be selected, but you can pick which ones you’d like to use this time.
Once the campaign is up and running, AiSDR will randomly rotate users to deliver messages to your leads. A prospect will only receive messages from one account, so you won’t be at risk of sending multiple duplicating messages to the same person.
Why is it cool?
First and foremost, this update gives you more control over your work inside AiSDR and more freedom to run things autonomously, without handholding from your GTM Engineer. If a more self-served approach is what you’ve been craving with AiSDR, you’re now further ahead on that track.
Apart from that, you can manage the account details for all team members and quickly make bulk changes whenever you need.
But most importantly, you can increase the volume of your outreach both across emails and LinkedIn messages.
While before you were limited to one LinkedIn account per campaign and the number of mailboxes each user connected, now you can quickly scale to fast-track your growth.
This gives you an easy fix to get results faster, especially with tried and tested market segments, offers, and campaigns that have proven effective.
