AiSDR Product Spotlight #11: Connect with people who engage with a LinkedIn page

Explore how AiSDR helps you turn people who engage companies on LinkedIn into leads
Fun drinking game idea: Take a shot every time someone says “cold outreach is dead.”
Though (full disclosure), considering some of the emails I’m getting daily, I can see why.
Because 90% of those messages leave me feeling like this 👇
And shortly after, like this 👇
(I did indeed. So I could delete it 🤷)
And yes, ice-cold outreach to prospects that just match your ICP (like me being a Head of Marketing for a startup in a fast-growth phase, and agencies assuming we’ll collapse without their fake client review services) is more often than not a dead end.
Instead, the moment you shift outbound from “cold outreach” to “cool outreach” (pun intended), your conversion skyrockets.
While still technically cold, as you don’t have a relationship with the person you’re messaging out of the blue, it works because instead of spray and pray, you only reach out to prospects that are qualified to buy.
And to spot their interest and quickly act on it, AiSDR offers a set of timely intent signals.
With a brand new one available for you to try this week!
Introducing page engagement social signals
Last week, we added a feature that lets you scope out people who like and comment on posts by personal profiles on LinkedIn.
This week, we took this one step further, letting you scrape everyone who engages with content from any LinkedIn page.
Yours or anybody else’s. All you need is to copy and paste the URL, select the type of post (original post, repost, or both), and the type of signal.
And wait for our AI to transform engagements into prospects for you to message.
You can also tailor the lead search to your ICP, as well as exclude people who are just browsing, are employed with the company, or don’t have decision-making power.
And keep this track running in the background, populating your lists with new leads that engage with recent posts on the page and reaching out to them on autopilot!
A few ways you can use this feature
To get you started quickly, here are some of my favorite GTM plays for the campaigns you can run based on these social signals:
- Reach out to people who engage with posts on your own LinkedIn page with an exclusive offer.
Not only do they know who you are already, they are taking note of what you’re saying. Showing your appreciation with an offer that is not available elsewhere can be the nudge these prospects might be lacking to become your customers. Just make sure to suppress your existing opportunities, clients, and employees.
- Target people who engage with posts on your competitors’ pages.
If your competitors’ posts make someone stop scrolling, hit like, or drop a comment, this is a good sign they might have a pain you can solve, and they have it now. By introducing your product in a more “sexy” way while highlighting your edge and sprinkling a good deal on top, you have a quick pipeline generation tactic right there. Best to exclude a competitor’s employees from the search though 😀
- Reverse-engineer audiences of companies operating in the same domain.
Pick out companies that don’t compete with you directly, but share insights on the problems your ICP cares about. Drop their network a word to loop them into the conversation that adds value and helps solve the problems you know they have.
- Target event page audiences.
Companies hosting events in your industry usually post about them on LinkedIn quite a bit. Scraping engagement on event-related posts lets you prospect people who are on the lookout for ideas to grow their business and improve their operations.
This is just a handful of plays. Feel free to ideate and try your own!
Why is this feature cool?
Gut feelings are great for choosing lunch spots. Not so much for running outreach campaigns.
The new AiSDR feature gives you warm leads for cold (or better off, cool) outbound.
By reaching out to these folks at a good time with a good offer or a conversation starter, you increase your odds of a positive response.
With this type of social signals, you can:
- Avoid expensive guesswork and target people who have shown tangible interest in a specific topic, product, company, or content type.
- Save time and resources on prospecting, collecting social engagement data, enriching contact info, updating the CRM, and reaching out to the prospects unfit to buy.
- Use prospects’ activity for personalization.
- Build on real-time engagement data and send outreach exactly when leads actually care about the topic, multiplying your success rates.
- Consistently grow lead lists for outreach without lifting a finger, and forge stronger relationships by showing your understanding of the audience.
- Capitalize on the value of social interactions and translate them into opportunities.
- Tap into the networks your competitors have already built without being sneaky or deceitful (because all the data is there publicly and you might as well do the same thing manually).
Most importantly, this helps you make sure you always have fresh high-intent leads without burning through hundreds of contacts, and your outbound remains a well-oiled revenue generator.
