AiSDR Product Update (December | Week 2): Campaign Page Makeover, Easier Visitor Tracking
Find out what’s new in AiSDR this week
The devil’s always in the details.
That’s why many folks can’t go back to Windows after working on a Mac for a few years.
That’s also why tools like Canva or Notion have people championing their adoption when they switch jobs and join a new company.
And that’s also why we relentlessly work on building at AiSDR.
(also, so this never happens 👇)
Because we want you to feel every bit of control and comfort over managing outreach at your fingertips.
So here are the steps we took towards it this week.
View all website visitors in your settings
Last week, we released our Website Visitor Tracking feature that lets you collect data on everyone who checks out your pages.
As soon as you install the tracking pixel, it starts populating the lead list for you to use.
Previously, this was only accessible via the Campaign Builder, but as of this week, you can get a list of all website visitors right in your settings.
Why is it cool?
Since this data was only available in the Campaign Builder, that meant if you wanted a quick glance, you had to kickstart the creation of a new AiSDR campaign.
Not terrible, yet not ideal for an overview.
But now you have a database of all leads who visit your website accessible at any moment. This opens up easy GTM plays for you to run like:
This update gears you for building future campaigns for website visitors faster!
Campaign page redesign
Once you launch a new campaign, you’d obviously want to keep tabs on how well it’s doing.
After a few campaigns go live, you probably wouldn’t want to try memorizing all the set-up details and keeping them in mind.
But you’d definitely want to have that information ready for whenever you need it to analyze AiSDR’s performance, your product-market fit against the target audience, or how well your offer sits with your prospects – and make any changes if necessary.
And that’s exactly why we updated the look of our Campaign page, organizing your data into neat buckets:
- Performance stats: This section will show you the key progress and success metrics to power your decision-making
- Follow-up sequence: The specs around how many touchpoints you have in your campaign and the timespan between each
- Sending details: The schedule and time zone you picked for delivering outreach messages, as well as all mailboxes connected to the campaign
- Personalization: All of the features you’ve enabled while building the campaign that make your outreach tailored for each recipient
Here are a few tips on how to best use this update:
- Keep track of the bounce rate – This metric will show you how relevant your offer is to the audience you’re targeting, and if you need to tweak the messaging, case studies, or value props.
- Don’t hesitate to make changes in flight – If your campaign is up and running, but you’ve got a new idea or want to up the performance, you can make any edits you see fit. AiSDR spaces the messages in time, so the changes will be applied to all future sends, while you can measure the uplift.
- Stay on top of the number of leads processed – If you plan for a long-running campaign, start searching for new leads when the counter hits 90%. This lets you maintain traction and have time to pull more lead data on your own or using AiSDR.
In-app system notification when email credits run low
Show me one person who’d be a fan of receiving a message like “Why did we spend 2x the amount of money on this software last month?”
Not the people at AiSDR, that’s for sure.
While we would never charge you more than the subscription price you settled for, running out of email credits means your campaigns are put on pause, and you might miss out on performance due to the lack of follow-ups and responses.
It’s even worse if you were swamped with tasks and missed the message from your Account Manager with a heads-up, or forgot to check the Dashboard for the number of emails sent this month.
So now we’ve added a banner that appears when you’re nearing your sending limit. You’ll see it show up when your email count drops below 100 emails.
This gives you enough leeway to plan your next step, whether it’s:
This puts you in even more control of email volume and speed!
🤫 Next week’s sneak peek
Think the campaign page’s makeover is finished? Not a chance! We’re working on more fancy updates that will make your AiSDR experience better each day.
And no pressure, but something REALLY BIG AND COOL is coming up next week as well, so stay tuned!
