AiSDR Product Spotlight #47: Campaign-level suppression lists
Keeping outreach neat and orderly sounds easy until it’s not.
One missed exclusion, and suddenly the same prospect ends up in several different campaigns, or a convinced buyer receives a cold pitch as if he never booked a meeting. Things get messy fast.

Suppression lists safeguard you from this sales nightmare. These outreach heroes prevent you from adding people to the wrong campaigns. That way no one receives a message they shouldn’t get.
But until now, managing them in AiSDR meant choosing between too broad or too limited. Having all leads in just one list worked when your campaigns shared the same goal. But it starts to fall short once you start running different campaigns that require unique exclusions, such as cold outreach vs upsell.
This week, we’re changing this by giving you more control over who each campaign talks to and who stays out.
🚫 Campaign-level suppression lists
Now you have a more precise way to manage your campaign audiences and control message delivery, ensuring your message reaches the right people (while others stay out of the loop). This way, you can exclude people you’ve already contacted from cold campaigns, or keep current clients out of reactivation flows.
How it works inside AiSDR
Just like before, you manage suppression lists from the Leads tab.
But now you have more things to do there:
- Create as many lists as you like
- Import leads from different sources
- Filter leads by types and sources
- Edit lists manually by adding or removing leads
And what’s really cool is that you can now add or remove lists while building a new campaign from the Campaign Builder, or when editing an existing campaign from the Campaigns tab.
All of your previously suppressed leads get automatically stored in the General list. If you want to delete or move someone into a different suppression list, it’s a no-brainer.
Just check the leads you want to move or delete.

More precision = sharper outreach
This update is all about control. Campaign-level suppression lists let you run sharper, more intentional campaigns without overlapping audiences, wasting sends, or burning your domain reputation.
Say you’re trying to reactivate churned customers. Now you can keep current customers out of that flow and focus only on past clients. Or if you’re running a cross-sell campaign, you can exclude customers who already use what you’re cross-selling.
Every campaign targets the right segment, and your outreach stays clean, coordinated, and on point.
